Marketing Manager – Client-Focused and Strategic
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts and ensuring their success through effective communication strategies and brand growth initiatives. Your role will encompass various key responsibilities including client reporting and meetings, strategy and brand growth, content creation, and search engine optimisation (SEO).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Brand Growth:
- Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to each client’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for brand growth and expansion.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling content including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Ensure content aligns with client messaging and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
Client Reporting and Meetings:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, detailing campaign performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Schedule and lead client meetings to discuss campaign progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
- Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content for relevant search terms.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative PR strategies.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
